2. Why are you researching this building typology?
There is a lot missing in the area i believe if there was a plaza which had everything the average person would need such as a center for recreation activity , clinic, barbershop and spa they wouldn't have to travel far to satisfy certain needs.
3. What is the specialty of this
building type you would like to research i.e. museum for dance, school
for digital media… the specialty is to have something for everyone. what ever the community doesn't have will be at this place.

5. What are you goals for working with this building type? My goal is to bring back the view of Brooklyn and to utilize the space to its community needs.
